Rollin’ Deep Korean Nachos

Tried these for a second time, they are amazing. I got them the first time at the Lilac Festival while they were shooting for the show Carnival Eats. I was asked if I wanted to try them while being interviewed by the host. I’m hoping I make to the final cut and don’t end up on the editing room floor.

The second time I got them is at Canal Days. They were just as good this time.
